Event

1. No athlete will be allowed to participate in more than one track event.

2. Once the entry is received changes will not be permitted.

3. The decision of the judges on all points will be final and binding. In case of any dispute,
the organizer’s decision shall be final and binding upon all.

4. Participants are to wear their P.E during the event

5. Parents are not allowed at the event

6. Every team must be ready 30 minutes before every kick off

The Competition

1. In the events and the match pass, cash prizes are allotted as stated in our prize tables and shall be redeemed in that manner

Disqualification

1. Any school or team that is found guilty of violence or hooliganism against another team, officials or any other group stands to be disqualified from competing in that particular game.

2. Presenting participants outside the outlined age and class

Registration

1. Each school will submit the events-wise lists of participants latest by 2nd May 2023.

2. There will be no refund to any school that paid but failed to attend the event

Changing list of participants

1. Change of names of participants (athletes) closes by Fri 5 May, 2023

Accompanying Staff

1. We will only cater for one teacher per ten children.
