Our journey into servicing companies began when I was looking for a good school for my nephew 10 years ago. 

On that fateful day, I set out to make enquiries from various schools. I had been to other schools before I entered Great Harvard School in Lagos, Nigeria. What I met was so touching: I met the head of school lamenting about her school population, which was 19 pupils, to one of her teachers. On hearing her lamentation, I was deeply moved to give a helping hand without even considering what I went there for.

Seated in the reception, I closed my eyes thinking through what I saw and the next voice I heard was the head-of-school’s. “What can we do for you sir?” she asked. I looked at her but lost in thought. At that point she asked again, “I said, “what can we do…”” I immediately cut in…”I can help you grow your school.” She asked, “Sorry please, Is that why you are here?” “Hmm… No!… I mean not really,” I muttered out. Then we spoke for about one hour. At the ending, she was convinced that I could help her grow the school.
